Meet Our Team

Director

Jill Oliver

Jill’s goal is to equip individuals and families with the tools that have helped her own family. She has presented multiple times for the National Foster Parent Association Conferences, served as both a closing keynote and provided a workshop for multiple Texas Foster Family Association Conferences and the Wisconsin Foster and Adoptive Parent Conference. In addition she has presented numerous regional workshops and conferences. She has been featured for a personal interview and pod cast for KJAK and with Family Life Radio to help bring awareness of the need for foster and adoptive parents.

Creative Director

Kimberly Mears

Kim is does an amazing job of running the blog, designing the site, taking photos and overseeing all the details that come together to make Relentless. She loves all things artistic such a photography, singing, drawing, painting, graphic design and floral arranging. She has a heart for reaching out to those that are hurting and using her gifts to serve the Lord and make a positive impact on this world.

Community Relations Director

Lee Larimore

Lee has an amazing knack for social media and community relations in general. He has been a huge blessing to the Relentless team. Lee grew up in a Christian household, with his dad being a pastor and his mom, ordained as well, a teacher. He moved several times growing up settling in Los Vegas for junior high and high school, eventually moving back to Texas for school. After a long journey attending several colleges and taking breaks to save, he received his bachelor's degree in General Studies focusing on Business and Criminal Justice from WT. Upon graduating, Lee went straight back to school to obtain his MBA with focuses on Marketing and Finance. He attended the Relentless tour and decided he wanted to get involved by helping with our social media and the rest is history. He works full-time for Daltile and part-time for Bacon Heights Baptist in the preschool department, has two precious dogs named Nemo and Ranger and loves living in Lubbock.

Youth Relations Director

Len Evans

Len Evans has a passion for intentionally bringing about greater unity in the Body of Christ and helping local churches work together to reach more students with the Gospel. He is a hard-working and valuable member of the Relentless team who brings creativity and a fresh perspective to everything he does.

Logistics Coordinator

Valerie Carpenter

Valerie Carpenter is a wife and mother of two who recently moved to Lubbock. Her husband, Paul, is senior pastor at First Christian Church Lubbock. She loves the Lord and loves helping and serving alongside others in any way she can. Valerie is a remarkable woman with an eye for detail and design. She is experienced in planning and overseeing large-scale events. She specializes in every finite detail coming together to create a dynamic and memorable experience.

Community Liaison

Danis Dickenson

Danis is an amazing contributor to the Relentless team. She has spent years serving youth and families of the South Plains as the regional representative for post-adopt services, helping to make transitions easier and families that foster and adopt kids stronger. Now she brings her compassion and expertise to Relentless by building connections between Relentless and communities it serves.
